Job description

Johnson Service Group is looking for a Program Manager for one of their contract manufacturing clients in Milpitas. This person will be the liaison between customers and manufacturing, ensuring successful program execution, customer satisfaction, and account profitability while coordinating cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives.

Rate $90K-$110K

Plus benefits (90% paid by client- dependents as well)


Responsibilities:

  • Lead customer focus team meetings to drive action items and customer requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and manufacturing sites.
  • Manage all phases of customer program execution to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer schedules, quality standards, and business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage project plans to meet schedule, cost, and delivery targets.
  • Act as the SAP Super User for assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, customer requirements, and Quality Management System (ISO) standards.
  • Partner with business leaders and operations teams to resolve issues and deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Support contract reviews and negotiations to strengthen strategic customer partnerships.
  • Prepare reports, forecasts, and business updates as required.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
  • Serve as the Voice of the Customer (VOC) within the organization.
  • Manage account profitability, backlog, revenue forecasting, Accounts Receivable (A/R), and Excess & Obsolete (E&O) inventory.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in contract manufacturing or a high-tech environment (10+ preferred).
  • Previous Program Management experience required.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, CPI, CRM, and SAP preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and relationship management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
