We are seeking a Strategic OEM Program Manager to lead key customer programs across our film, coverlay, and flexible copper clad circuit laminate (FCCL) product lines. This role serves as the primary liaison between strategic OEM customers and internal teams, driving successful execution from product development and qualification through commercialization and production ramp. The ideal candidate is a highly organized program leader with strong project management, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration skills. This is a global role that requires close coordination with teams and customers across North America and Asia.

What You Will Do
  • Lead strategic OEM customer programs from development through commercialization and production ramp.

  • Serve as the primary program management interface between customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and critical paths to ensure successful execution.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business Development, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial functions.

  • Manage program risks, resources, deliverables, and customer timelines.

  • Provide regular program updates, executive reviews, and status reporting.

  • Drive stakeholder alignment, issue resolution, and decision-making across global teams.

  • Build strong customer relationships and support continuous improvement in program execution.

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of Program or Project Management experience in electronics, materials, manufacturing, or technology industries.

  • Experience managing complex customer-driven programs in a global matrix organization.

  • Proven success leading commercialization, scale-up, or product launch projects.

  • Strong project management, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and influence teams across functions and regions.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting OEM customers in consumer electronics, semiconductor, or advanced materials industries.

  • Experience working with international teams and customers, particularly in Asia.

  • Knowledge of polymer films, flexible laminates, FCCL, or related materials technologies.

  • MBA, PMP, or other advanced business or project management credentials.
