About the Role
Our Customer Success organization is the heart and soul of BrightEdge and a competitive differentiator for us in the market. With teams dedicated to onboarding, professional services, customer success, account management (and more!), we provide meaningful and strategic support to our customers, enabling them to hit their organic search goals.
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you serve as the face of the company to our new customers. A great Client Onboarding Specialist has a positive attitude and delivers a consistently great experience for our new customers. You will be responsible for presenting and educating new customers on platform best practices to support their organic marketing channel.
**NOTE: This is an entry level, individual contributor role based out of our Cleveland HQ.
How you'll spend your time:
  • Delivering onboarding trainings and materials
  • Ensuring platform adoption
  • Timely scheduling and delivery of onboarding sessions
  • Lead successful transitions to the Customer Success Manager team after onboarding

We're excited about you if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 1+ years' experience working in a Marketing Technology environment a plus
  • Strong analytical skill set; experience working with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics is a plus
  • Strong articulation and presentation skills
  • Ability to follow process consistently in a high call volume environment
  • Willingness to learn and use coaching feedback to improve
  • Passionate about working with customers and delivering a great customer experience

$47,500 - $47,500 a year
This role offers a base salary plus a quarterly performance bonus on an 80/20 split. The listed range reflects the total on-target earnings (OTE) for this position (base + bonus). Actual compensation will depend on your skills, experience, and other job-related factors.
