As our Director, Customer Onboarding, you will monitor and track all aspects of the customer onboarding including key milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Every day you will, mitigate project risks, develop deep operational expertise and understanding of R1s business model, and partner with customer executive teams as a thought leader. To thrive in this role, you must share best practices, optimize performance and lead transformation.
Here's what you will experience working as a Director, Customer Onboarding:
  • Participate in R1 strategy development as a thought leader and content expert sharing best practices, optimizing performance, and leading the transformation.
  • Driving cross-functional alignment across both R1 and the customer organization.
  • Partner with Customer Executive team to align operational objectives.
  • Delivering highly satisfied, referenceable customer counterparts (e.g. CFO/CEO and Executive Sponsor).
  • Travel up to 25%

Required Skills:
  • 5-8 years of management experience, preferably gained in a project management, performance/continuous improvement or consulting role.
  • 2-4 years functional Back End revenue cycle experience (Billing, Claims, Denials, Follow Up, Cash Posting)
  • Strong skills with MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, Word
  • Strong internal communication skills including ability to work with all levels of the organization.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customers, projects, tasks, expectations simultaneously.
  • Ability to ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up, customer responsiveness, and thorough communication.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $122,366.00 - $178,767.22 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 20.00%
