What we need from you:

  • The Culinary Director is responsible for all core aspects of the culinary department, including but not limited to, managing team members, food production, inventory and invoice control, safe food handling, sanitation and customer service.

  • High level of customer service to residents, team members and families

  • Operate the kitchen to meet company policies and state and local regulations

  • Keep kitchen clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly following cleaning schedule, including shelves and cooking surfaces.

  • Manage and monitor department budget, adjusting for census.

  • Must have criminal record clearance prior to initial presence in the community

  • Must pass all health screen such as Physical, TB, Drug test

  • Must have current basic first aid or obtain within first 30 days of hire.
