CountryHouse in Elkhorn, NE, an Agemark Senior Living community, is looking for a Culinary Services Manager to lead our dining program.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys great food, developing a strong team, and creating a dining experience residents can look forward to every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, train, and support the culinary and dining team.
• Plan menus and oversee high-quality meal preparation and service.
• Work hands-on in the kitchen, including regular meal preparation.
• Get to know residents and their preferences to create an enjoyable dining experience.
• Manage food ordering, inventory, supplies, and kitchen operations.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
• Coordinate special meals, events, and dining experiences.
• Manage scheduling and help ensure the department is appropriately staffed.
• Partner with community leadership to keep dining services running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For

• Culinary, food service, or dining management experience.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate a team.
• Hands-on cooking and food preparation experience.
• Strong organization and attention to food quality and presentation.
