Job Summary:

Holy Angels Residential Facility is in search of a Culinary Arts Assistant to assist the Culinary Arts Managers for our Culinary Arts Program. This position will assist in the planning and initiate preparation/cooking of products for the Culinary Arts Program. This position will work with and train residents in the Culinary Arts Day Program. The qualified candidate will have a passion for helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities reach their full potential and experience in cooking, design and implementation of a culinary program. The Culinary Arts Assistants role includes the following:
Specific Skills and Responsibilities

Assist in the day-to-day cooking and cleaning of the Culinary Arts Program
Train, Supervise and oversee residents in the Culinary Arts Program
Preparing products for retail sale
Assist with Pop up sales
May required weekend work
All other kitchen duties as assigned by the Manager or Coordinator

Qualifications:
Must maintain a current and valid drivers license.

Education:
Culinary Arts Degree preferred
ServSafe Required
