1. Revenue P&L Management - Drive Revenue/ Profit growth targets.
2. Customer Relationship Management at CXO Level.
3. Delivery Management - Ensure Cross geographic synergy and Managing in Cross Geographic Delivery execution. Managing Key Metrics that matters.
4. Resource Planning - Optimal utilization of resources towards effective implementation.
5. Team Management - Manage Direct repartees and set challenging and clear goals.
6. Personal Development.
