Job description

Position Overview
GeBBS Healthcare Solutions is seeking a Director of Client Relationship Management to lead strategic client partnerships across our healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) services. This role is responsible for driving client satisfaction, retention, operational alignment, and organic growth within assigned healthcare client accounts through strategic relationship management and business development initiatives.
The Director will serve as a senior relationship leader, working closely with healthcare executives and internal operational leadership to ensure successful service delivery, performance outcomes, and long-term client success. This position requires strong knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle market and the ability to translate operational performance into strategic value for clients while identifying opportunities to expand services and deepen client engagement.
The Director will partner closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure that client engagements are operationally sound, commercially successful, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
Client Growth & Retention
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts and contribute to revenue growth objectives.
  • Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to support account growth, renewal strategies, and expansion opportunities.
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on increasing client value, service adoption, and long-term partnership growth.
  • Drive client retention through strong relationship management, operational excellence, and proactive business development.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Product, Finance, Sales, and Leadership teams to align client needs with delivery capabilities and growth opportunities.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or healthcare services, with demonstrated client-facing leadership.
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare revenue cycle continuum, including billing, coding, claims management, and AR operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex healthcare client relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth and service expansion.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration between operations, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presentation, relationship management, and consultative business development skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience within an RCM outsourcing, healthcare BPO, or consulting environment.
  • Experience leading client relationship or account management teams.
  • Demonstrated success supporting client retention, account growth, renewals, or expansion initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
