  • 6 YR IT / 3+ Siebel / 1 SFDC
  • At least 4 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 2 years in Siebel CRM/ Oracle Sales Cloud/Service Cloud implementations
  • Experience in in translate functional requirements and business rules into technology solutions and develop a technical strategy, and be able to create and effectively demonstrate solutions that address customer requirements.
  • Actively understands emerging business trends in Service business and able to interact with clients and industry peers and provide appropriate inputs for CRM projects
  • Anticipate customer needs, provides inputs for solutioning, demonstrate industry understanding and provides inputs to customers on areas other than project work and gains confidence with customer at higher levels to be treated as advisor involving Siebel CRM.
  • Encourages diversity of opinions and evaluates on individual merit without being biased
  • Drives a culture of continuous learning by providing real time opportunities for job enrichment and emphasis impact of learning
  • Familiarity with Siebel functional modules
  • Should have experience in providing solutions Integrate with On-Premise legacy systems
  • Thorough understanding on the Software Life Cycle of Development including Deployment
  • Best Practices understanding on Coding Standards, Deployment,
  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of processes in multiple functional areas like Field Service, Customer Management, Order Management, Contract Management, Inventory, Sales, Invoicing & Finance etc. in order to guide large and complex consulting assignments
  • Expert Industry knowledge to provide proactive insight to the customers about potential business impact with forecasted trends
  • Ability to work under pressure with constructive thinking and provide alternative/permanent solutions in production environments and able to get the buy-in from customers.
  • Mastery with defining the testing scope , scenario creation, execution, driving QA issues to closure by working with internal and external teams
  • Show mastery in proposal development principles and methodology to define and enhance the proposal development framework and principles
  • In-depth understanding of different of processes/ constituents and best practices of project management in order to provide proactive solution for complex situations and execute multiple complex/ critical projects
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform is a plus
  • Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
