Job Overview

Crain Kia of Fort Smith is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, driving customer retention, and supporting sales and marketing initiatives through effective CRM strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the dealership’s CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and follow-ups.
