Responsibilities
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all CRM-related questions and drive organization-wide adoption
  • Maintain data integrity through access management, security protocols, and system audits
  • Lead user onboarding and training to ensure maximum value realization across divisions
  • Build strategic reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to leadership
  • Monitor system performance, test new features, and develop comprehensive documentation
  • Facilitate data integration between systems to create a unified customer view
  • Stay current with CRM innovation and AI integration through industry events
  • Proactively identify enhancement opportunities and manage the change approval process
  • Function as an internal consultant, translating stakeholder needs into effective solutions
  • Champion a data-driven culture while making the CRM experience intuitive for all users
  • Collaborate with Power BI and other specialists to develop data visualizations that draw from centralized data sources and analyze downstream effects with any existing systems or processes

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of proven CRM administration experience, preferably with Unanet (Cosential)
  • Architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) industry experience valued, but not required
  • Demonstrated success driving CRM adoption and optimization in complex organizations
  • Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to master new platforms
  • Deep understanding of sales/marketing processes and their translation into CRM workflows
  • Exceptional communication skills explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience developing training programs driving measurable user adoption
  • Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to build relationships across divisions, departments, and influence at all levels
  • Self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
