Job description

Our Metrowest client is looking for a full time contract Creative Operations Manager; this role is onsite 2-3 days per week.ย  In this role, you'll be managing assets across digital, packaging, and retail channels and coordinate timelines and resources--experience with Wrike or a similar project manage tool required for this role.

  • Coordinate timelines, resources, and workflows to support the execution of high-impact creative campaigns
  • Help manage creative asset organization, version control, and delivery across digital, packaging, and retail channels
  • Track project milestones and assist with creative production schedules using project management tools
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the creative team-including intake, prioritization, and communication between stakeholders
  • Work across multiple teams includingย brand, digital, packaging, and content teams to ensure creative projects are aligned and on-track
  • Lead creative review sessions and help route feedback and approvals across multiple teams
  • Develop a strong understanding of how creative operations drive efficiency and impact within a fast-paced brand environment
  • Support special projects that bridge storytelling, design, and execution for multiplerย product launches
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings to align priorities, discuss progress, and identify roadblocks
  • Help organize and lead project kick-offs (KOs), ensuring all stakeholders are clear on goals, timelines, and deliverables
  • Build strong working relationships across diverse teams and personalities, fostering collaboration and positive communication
