Position Available: Creative Operations
Job Summary:
The Creative Operations Associate is responsible for the execution of creative projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of assets such as product designs, packaging, renderings, and photography. This role involves maintaining project briefs, timelines, and organization of creative files, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales, insights, and creative teams. Acting as the primary liaison with ArchPoint Creative and internal Creative Operations, the coordinator ensures that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with customer and business needs.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of materials for Acadian Crossing customers, primarily focusing on optimizing existing products and customer relationships.
  • Develop project briefs and manage timelines for the creative team to deliver assets such as product designs, packaging, renderings, and photography.
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of creative assets through meticulous proofing and review processes.
  • Conduct independent research on creative trends, packaging best practices, and product design to develop a strong point of view and strategy for each customer and category.
  • Support the organization of packaging and design files for Acadian teams and regularly update project statuses.
  • Work directly with Product Management, ArchPoint Creative, and other internal stakeholders to prioritize and execute deliverables for Acadian customers.
  • Provide excellent service to customers, partners, and internal teams by meeting project expectations and maintaining strong communication.
  • Participate in the ArchPoint GROW program to enhance skills and contribute to personal and professional growth.
Skills amp; Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of related experience, preferably in creative project management or design.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated interest and proficiency in design and creative strategy.
Work Environment: Office setting
Physical Demands:
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
