Marketing & Media Producer (Creative Operations) Hourly: $8-$12 USD (DOE) Remote (CST overlap 4+ hrs) Full-time Languages: English (Spanish preferred) Join a Legacy of Craftsmanship, Quality, and Service -- From Anywhere! At Jackson Pool Surfaces , every renovation is an expression of artistry, skill, and detail. Our reputation for quality is matched by our visuals -- and we're looking for a Marketing & Media Producer who can transform our craftsmanship into stunning visuals and polished creative assets.

About the Role You'll be the creative engine behind our brand -- producing decks, reels, and one-pagers that tell our story with clarity and style while keeping our media library and social channels organized and consistent. What You'll Do Build branded decks and one-pagers (EN/ES templates) for PebbleTec, BeadCrete/all-glass, tile/coping, and deck overlay projects. Edit video footage (phone, GoPro, or pro shoots) into 60-90-second sizzles and vertical reels , adding captions, logos, and the WGP seal.

Organize CompanyCam and Google Drive libraries -- tagging, renaming, and merging high-resolution photo sets. Manage light social media (IG/FB/TikTok): schedule 3-5 posts per week and handle basic replies. Support Google Earth uploads , simple take-offs, and brief AM weather posts on production days.

What You Bring A portfolio demonstrating clean graphic design and engaging video editing. Comfort using CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci , plus Canva/Adobe and Slides/PowerPoint . Familiarity with CompanyCam or similar tools for organizing site photos and videos.
