Job description

Client is seeking a Creative Operations Specialist to support the execution and delivery of creative and media projects across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project workflows, timelines, creative intake processes, and cross-functional coordination between Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Production teams.

Qualifications:
• 2–4 years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or creative services
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills
• Experience with Workfront, Monday.com, Figma, and Microsoft Office preferred
• Agency, retail, or media industry experience is a plus
