The FORMULA 1 HEINEKEN LAS VEGAS GRAND PRIX is one of the showcase events in the FIA Formula One World Championship ®. This three-day spectacle attracts a global audience to witness the world's greatest drivers and cars navigate the iconic Las Vegas Strip at breathtaking speeds approaching 200 mph.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Creative Operations Manager reports directly to the Creative Director and will be primarily responsible for digital asset management, creative job trafficking, interfacing with vendors, and assisting with various brand activation and photo/video shoot logistics. This position will interact with internal F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix (LVGP) teams and manage third-party agency and vendor relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support Marketing Department by coordinating with agencies and vendors to traffic and track the status of jobs from initial request to final product delivery.
  • Support wider marketing team, partnerships, and other commercial functions by fulfilling requests for content or other assets.
  • Proactively monitor and manage assets within the LVGP ecosystem to ensure consistency and compatibility across various platforms. This includes uploading and adding metadata to assets in the LVGP digital library.
  • Receive, evaluate, QC, and archive all Marketing materials including photo and video collateral.
  • Maintain asset license expiration and usage tracking to ensure proper use in marketing/sales materials.
  • Collaborate with other internal LVGP departments to facilitate storage, transport, installation and striking of all brand activations, ticket sales events, partnership prospecting events, etc.
  • Aid with pre-production planning, on-site execution (when needed), logistics and post-production reconciliation for all LVGP photo/video shoots.
  • Assist with ad hoc signage and collateral requests.

CRITICAL SKILLS
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and expectations, and direct communication with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with consistent follow-through on project deadlines and tasks
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
  • Meticulous attention to detail

QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years of experience in Sports/Entertainment industry and/or Creative, Advertising, Creative Marketing Agency managing creative assets
  • Experience working with multiple creative asset types: print, digital, static, motion, and AV
  • Experience with trafficking assets using project management tools is preferred
  • Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite aptitude is encouraged
