The Nightlife Marketing Creative Specialist works with the marketing team, other nightlife departments and Wynn Resorts employees to task, design, produce and traffic digital and print-ready files, writes digital, print and production specifications and works with outside vendors to meet their creative needs for production and manufacturing to help the Marketing, VIP services, Customer Development and Operations team provide a memorable guest experience and increase business levels and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with tasking and trafficking weekly artist and event artwork, venue monthly lineups
  • Traffics digital and print creatives to outside vendors
  • Tasks and prints hotel print and venue print creative
  • Works with Special Events team and Operations to concept, produce, and print collateral
  • Assists with designing and gathering print files for merch and other invite-based items
  • Helps concept and mock-up logo, décor, campaign, event, and artist creative for all events
  • Communicates directly with Wynn Creative Dept on behalf of nightlife
  • Communicating in a timely manner via email, phone calls, WhatsApp
  • Assists the Creative Manager and Director of Marketing with tasks
  • Flexibility to perform other job-related tasks as deemed necessary by management
  • Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies
  • Deliver exceptional service to every coworker and vendor while interacting in a professional manner
Qualifications
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in graphic design, or a college degree in a related Arts field
  • Must be Mac literate and experienced in the use of Adobe programs, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Requires the ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and have good communication and people skills
  • Must be organized, work well under pressure with tight deadlines, and have knowledge of the printing processes and terminology
  • Dayclub or nightclub marketing experience preferred
  • Web design experience preferred
  • Knowledge of sign, prop and/or event design and manufacturing preferred
  • Maintain dialogue with all cultures and ethnicities while upholding a warm, positive, and
  • friendly persona at all times
  • Must possess excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must consistently maintain a well-groomed appearance and hygiene
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
