Legal Operations Intern
Busek Co. Inc. - Natick, MA
Busek, through its Business Development (BD) team, continues to pursue sales opportunities and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in support of our growing spacecraft propulsion and advanced aerospace systems business. As part of this effort, Busek regularly works with customers, suppliers, and partners requiring Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), contract support, and legal operations coordination.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Operations Intern to support our Legal Operations team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to contract administration, NDA review and negotiation, export compliance support, and legal operations processes within a fast-paced aerospace and defense environment.
The ideal candidate is interested in legal operations, contracts, compliance, corporate law, or business administration and is looking to gain practical experience supporting a growing technology company.
Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Review proposed edits and third-party NDA templates
  • Maintain NDA records and documentation within SharePoint
  • Maintain Legal Operations tracking tools and contract logs
  • Support export compliance and legal compliance activities
  • Perform business registration and entity searches
  • Conduct sanctions and customer validation checks
  • Assist with contract reviews and administrative legal support
  • Support ad hoc legal and business operations projects
  • Gain practical exposure to contract negotiations and legal operations processes
Qualifications
