JOB DESCRIPTION
The Business Intern in Operational Excellence will support a portfolio of enterprise-wide improvement projects that enhance patient experience, clinical efficiency, and operational performance. This is a hands-on role designed for a curious, analytical, and driven student who wants exposure to healthcare operations, continuous improvement methodologies, and strategic project execution in one of the nation's premier hospital systems. The intern will work directly with senior leaders, physicians, nurses, and administrative stakeholders to translate data into insights and insights into action.
The internship duration will be 6 to 8 weeks depending on availability and project needs.
