Responsibilities

This is a part-time or full-time role supporting business areas such as mergers, acquisitions, real estate, or similar business functions. This role provides hands-on, real-world experience working alongside an experienced manager on transactions and projects that directly impact the company's
growth and affords building practical skills in spreadsheets, organization, and professional communication.

Responsibilitiesย 

  • Building, updating, and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data entry, basic formulas, formatting, and light analysis
  • Organizing and tracking data related to acquisition targets, lease agreements, property portfolios, and transaction pipelines
  • Compiling research on companies, properties, markets, and comparable transactions from publicly available sources
  • Assisting with the preparation of internal reports, summaries, and presentation materials
  • Maintaining digital filing systems and ensuring documents are properly named, stored, and easy to locate
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, meeting prep, note-taking, and follow-up tracking
  • Handling other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the M&A and Real Estate Manager

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
  • High School or college students majoring or interested in or majoring in business, finance or real estate
  • Dependable, detail-oriented, organized.
