Job description

Crossroads Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, people-focused Corporate Recruiter who is passionate about recruiting top talent, developing future technicians, and building strong connections within our local communities. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in growing our teams, developing career pathways, and helping build the next generation of automotive professionals.
  • Establish and maintain talent acquisition and development partnerships with local high schools, colleges, and trade schools
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
  • Coordinating with managers and Human Resources to identify staffing needs
  • Work with Human Resources to devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines for potential applicants
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and role development
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including job postings, social media platforms, networking events and job fairs
  • Develop technician apprenticeship and training programs. Assist store Managers with implementation and tracking of technician progress.
  • Any other duties assigned to fulfill the company's needs.
