IXL Learning, developer of personalized learning products used by millions of people globally, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Recruiter to help us hire top talent. As a Senior Recruiter at IXL, you will focus on helping us grow our customer-facing teams. You won't just be filling seats; you will be a trusted partner to our hiring managers, a collaborative teammate, and a welcoming guide for candidates. We are looking for someone who loves the craft of sourcing, values real relationships, and knows how to navigate the nuances of a closing conversation. #LI-EM1

This position requires you to be in our Raleigh, NC, area office.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Immerse yourself in the IXL Learning culture and family of brands; you'll tell our story authentically, helping candidates understand our products, our mission, and what day-to-day life is really like here
  • Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand their team dynamics, unique challenges, and hiring goals, helping to shape effective recruiting strategies
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for critical roles to include building creative sourcing pipelines, conducting initial interviews, guiding candidates through the interview process, and handling offers and negotiations
  • Work closely with candidates to understand what drives them, addressing their questions so they have all the information they need to make the right career decision
  • Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience that results in a positive impression of IXL Learning, regardless of the outcome
  • Actively foster long-term relationships with high-caliber professionals, building a community of talent for future opportunities
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on non-technical teams or a generalist recruiting background
  • Solid experience in sourcing candidates using a variety of strategies and platforms
  • Strong eye for talent and an excellent ability for matching a candidate's unique strengths and career goals with the right opportunity
  • Self-motivated and comfortable pivoting when priorities shift; energized by a fast-paced, high growth environment
  • Relationship builder who communicates with clarity and authenticity and builds trust and strong alignment
  • Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
  • Genuine interest in how education and technology intersect to improve learning
