A day in the life:

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

What you'll do as an Exceptional Team Member
  • Build and maintain relationships with key business leaders internally and externally for networking and referrals
  • Drive full life-cycle recruitment process for all Corporate level open positions through iCIMS Talent Platform
  • Handle the candidate and client feedback process
  • Facilitate the offer process gaining all necessary approvals
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Provide weekly status report to upper management regarding filled, pending, in-process, and posted requisitions
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment law and regulations
  • Other Human Resources related duties
  • Respond to and post job requisitions requests within a 24 hour time frame
  • Partner with corporate and regional Human Resources representatives to fulfill recruitment objectives
What you'll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member
  • (3) years' of recent experience with high volume, fast-paced recruitment for large private company handling multiple locations
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Must have iCIMS Talent Platform experience
  • Reputable ability to navigate through and stay abreast of all top job boards and social media
  • Competency to multitask, and meet assisted goals within set timeframe
  • Creativity, driven, and a self-starter
  • Talent to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Developed professional level communication skills
  • Progressive proficiency in MS Office Suite
