We are seeking a highly organized, self-starting Proposal Manager with a passion for driving winning proposals from concept to submission. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and wants the opportunity to own complex proposals that directly contribute to our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the proposal development process, from RFP analysis and kick-off through production and submission, managing timelines, deliverables, and compliance.
  • Own and coordinate all stages of the proposal lifecycle, including kickoff, daily stand-ups, color team reviews, and post-submission debriefs.
  • Drive collaboration across capture, technical, pricing, and contracts teams to develop clear, compliant, and compelling proposal content.
  • Manage and engage subcontractor partners, including task assignments, data calls, input reviews, and compliance verification.
  • Ensure proposal quality and consistency, including editing for compliance, clarity, tone, and accuracy.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency in sourcing content, generating boilerplate text, and maintaining up-to-date reusable materials.
  • Maintain strong version control and document management across all submissions.
  • Lead classified proposal submissions for Intelligence Community customers.
  • Continuously improve proposal processes, tools, templates, and libraries to increase efficiency and standardization.
  • Develop and maintain corporate past performance, capability statements, and reusable content to support future bids.
  • Track and report proposal metrics, including submissions, outcomes, and lessons learned to drive performance improvement.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in proposal management and demonstrated success leading proposals for Federal Government contracts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and experience with the full Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience with desktop publishing or graphics tools a plus.
  • Experience using or interest in AI tools for writing, editing, or automating proposal processes.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned proposals with minimal oversight.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Willingness to work extended hours as needed to meet deadlines.

Clearance
