Job description

Job Description Summary:
Position Overview:
The Field Execution Manager will have the opportunity to connect with and learn about their customer and have an impact on our growing our business with this customer . At the same time, you will have an opportunity to build your skills; while working with various bottlers within the US, learn first-hand from national account executives and commercialize customer marketing programs.
We are looking for the total package - someone who has high standards for quality, appreciates being part of a high performing team and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure that our bottling partners and customers get the best from Coca-Cola. Our ideal associate aspires to eventually work in the national account group, is detail-oriented, has a variety of Coca-Cola system experience and has what it takes to be successful - especially while dealing with complex customer situations.
The position is directly responsible for account specific project management, system account maintenance; ensure initial account set-up, analytical support and system communication.
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Captain
  • Partner with national account executives and customer marketing manager to deploy new customer availability programs and/or customer marketing initiatives
  • Ensure clear direction is communicated for internal and external resources
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross functional resources
  • Address customer opportunities in market
  • Captain on identifying linkage opportunities

Bottler Connection
  • Take an active role and participate in franchise bottler commercialization calls
  • Align with CCNA franchise leadership teams
  • Build relationships with local area sales managers and key account directors

Volume Research
  • Ability to utilize analytical thinking to problem solve volume discrepancies
  • Lead and collaborate with the customer, linkage, volume reporting group to resolve linkage/volume challenges

Account Team Reporting
  • Lead cross functional support teams in generating system tools for customer stewardship
  • Completion of quarterly stewardship reviews
  • Void/penetration reporting

Process Improvement
  • Work with channel and sales leadership to identify best in class (execution/tools)
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to execute test to improve the account team optimization
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement with SME's

Requirements
Technical/Functional Skills:
  • Basic understanding Bottler front-line operations and sales
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Presentation skills required
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Proficient in PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Brim, C360, AI tools

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree

Experience Requirements:
  • 3-5 years in sales, operations, sales support and/or account coordination preferred

Location:
  • Atlanta preferred but open to Dallas

Travel Requirements:
  • Some travel required (10%) to support customer meetings, bottler meetings, trade shows, conventions, training, etc.
