Job description

Company Description

As the leader in Digital Employee Experience, Nexthink gives enterprises real-time visibility into how employees experience technology across devices, applications, networks, and digital workflows. Our platform helps IT teams move from reactive support to proactive, automated experience management: seeing issues, diagnosing root causes, fixing problems at scale, and increasingly using AI to deliver faster, more intelligent outcomes for employees. Nexthink describes its platform as a unified DEX data and automation layer with AI-powered IT agents and Spark, built to help teams decide, design, automate, and resolve employee issues instantly.

Job Description

We are looking for a new ESG Program Manager to lead and scale ESG at Nexthink - driving our sustainability and social impact initiatives forward in partnership with Nexthinkers, customers, investors, and regulators.

Our product improves the digital employee experience, and as a culture, we naturally care about our impact. This role is designed to champion our ESG efforts: building awareness inside and outside the company, rallying Nexthinkers around the work, and making sure what we do is trusted and audit-ready.

You'll build the infrastructure that makes Nexthink credible on sustainability and social impact, and tie it to engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture. You'll work closely with senior leadership to align our ESG programs with business outcomes. This role reports to the Head of Talent Success because ESG lives at the intersection of people, learning, and purpose.

ESG Strategy & Governance

  • Develop and implement ESG strategy, policies, and governance frameworks aligned to business priorities
  • Lead the cross-functional ESG committee, publish the annual ESG report, and monitor risks and market trends

Environmental Sustainability, Carbon & Certifications

  • Own carbon footprint (Scopes 1, 2, and relevant Scope 3) and lead the SBTi-aligned emissions reduction roadmap
  • Manage the EcoVadis rating, CDP, and certifications, driving real environmental performance improvements

Data, Reporting & Assurance

  • Own ESG data collection, validation, and carbon methodologies
  • Ensure CSRD/ESRS readiness, audit trails, and assurance support

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage ESG customer and investor requests
  • Support RFPs, due diligence, and aligned cross-functional responses

Social Impact & Responsible Business Practices

  • Lead workforce well-being, inclusion and belonging, and responsible business programs
  • Support ethics and accountability frameworks, and oversee the global volunteerism program with the local workplace team

Internal Communications

  • Own ESG communications to leadership and employees, driving engagement and awareness across the company
  • Plan and support communication touchpoints across global and P&T audiences (webinars, global meetings, etc.)
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in ESG or sustainability - you've done this before and know what good looks like
  • Expertise in GHG accounting, CSRD/ESRS, EcoVadis, CDP, SBTi
  • Cross-functional program management - you can rally teams, align priorities, and get things done without formal authority
  • Strong with data and storytelling - you know how to validate numbers and explain what they mean
  • Detail-oriented and execution-focused - you don't just plan, you deliver
Additional Information

All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
