Advises account teams on contract administration matters. Serves as a business advisor to account teams on all parts of Federal contract administration. Handles complex and high-value sub-contract matters that impact Firm revenue and retention. Uses independent judgment and analysis to resolve significant issues. Provides advisory subcontracts support to account leadership. Shapes and strengthens win strategies on Federal engagements. Performs strategic subcontract negotiations and completes various subcontract projects. Connects with strategic subcontract companies and maintains collaborative relationships with them.

Reviews and analyzes subcontracts to ensure understanding and inform the team's strategy. Compiles and analyzes subcontract data. Enters data in several internal databases and maintains historical information and documentation.

Proactively identifies and analyzes subcontracting issues. Solves standard and routine subcontract activities. Keeps teams fully informed on all subcontract standards, plans, and policies. Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, category management, contract administration, or contract operations
  • 3+ years of experience supporting contract compliance, contract documentation, or operational execution activities
  • Experience supporting enterprise contract vehicles, strategic sourcing activities, or contract administration processes
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to support contract management activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word
  • Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting Government and Public Services contracts or programs
  • Experience with enterprise contract management processes in a professional services environment

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $93,000 to $171,300.
