  • Assist with contractor close-out, suspension, termination, and contract completion activities when required.
  • Build effective relationships with a variety of contractors, including Indigenous and local business partners.
  • Identify when escalation is required and effectively navigate business processes to achieve timely outcomes.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a site-based environment where relationship management and accountability are critical to success.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of contract administration principles and procurement processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple timelines, milestones, and contractual obligations.
  • Proven ability to work proactively and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Confidence leading meetings and driving discussions with contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Assertive and comfortable constructively challenging procurement teams or contractors when required.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract tracking/reporting systems.

  • Experience working within industrial, oil & gas, mining, energy, or manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of contractor performance management and KPI reporting.
  • Experience reviewing service contracts, contract terms and conditions, and commercial documentation.
  • Experience supporting contractor stewardship programs and performance reviews.
  • Exposure to Indigenous contractor engagement initiatives is considered an asset.

We are particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Excellent follow-through and sense of urgency.
