The role is responsible for identifying and addressing non-standard, high-risk, or non-compliant execution of contractual provisions while ensuring ongoing adherence to approved templates, clauses, and delegation of authority throughout the contract lifecycle.
The anticipated salary range for this position is between 97K and 110K. Actual salary will be based on the candidates qualifications and experience.Job Description:Contract Execution & Remediation
  • Review new and existing contracts (e.g., MGSAs, MSAs, SOWs, services, supply, logistics) to identify non-standard, obsolete, or high-risk clauses
  • Execute approved contracts, amendments, and remediation activities in alignment with the obligations of the contract
  • Support remediation initiatives related to audits, regulatory changes, or contract reviews
  • Prepare risk summaries for commercial and operational leadership
Contract Adherence & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to corporate contract templates, approved clause libraries, and negotiation parameters
  • Verify that negotiated commercial terms) are executed on time in accordance with the contract
  • Assist with internal and external audits related to contract compliance and governance
Stakeholder Support & Governance
  • Partner with Legal and other stakeholder teams to assess residual contractual risk in agreements
  • Advise and onboard internal teams on newly signed agreements to ensure they execute the obligations of the agreement
  • Maintain accurate records, version control, and approvals within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of contract standards, templates, and controls
Qualifications
  • Experience in contract management, contract compliance, or commercial governance
  • Strong understanding of contracts, including services and supply agreements
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Financial acumen in understanding how contracts and their related execution impact profit & loss statements, cash flow, and the balance sheet
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in oil & gas, mining, power, utilities, pipelines, or major capital projects
  • Experience with CLM systems and document management platforms
