This is a temporary seasonal position with an expected duration of 4 months.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinate closely with dispatch to manage truck dispatching, scale operations, and ensure accurate delivery of materials.
  • Process customer orders, collaborate with sales, handle data entry of orders and scale tickets, and manage payment processing and reporting.
  • Communicate clearly with truck drivers and customers, providing directions, answering inquiries, and delivering high level customer service.
  • Monitor site operations by enforcing safety protocols and ensuring efficient, accurate workflow at the pit.
  • Handle administrative responsibilities including measurement conversions, daily tasks, and resolving customer issues as they arise.
