Hours: Flexible โ€“ 30 hours per week (including days, evenings, and weekends)

Temporary: May to September. Possibility of extension.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy individual to support our team with a variety of administrative, customer service, and on-site tasks across our residential communities. This position is ideal for students seeking valuable experience in a professional, fast-paced environment. This position will be reporting to the Regional Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit sites locations as required
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
  • Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and staff
  • Follow up on work orders to ensure completion and communication
  • Work in our CRM/resident and prospect portal to respond to and schedule leads across our communities
  • Manage and respond to Facebook leads for various sites
  • Support with on-site tours and sales as needed
  • Assist with planning and executing resident events
  • General filing and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Must be a current student returning to studies in the fall
