United Air Temp is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Membership Support Specialist to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our customers by managing membership accounts, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls for the Membership Support Department.
  • Respond to customer and internal emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Process customer membership renewals.
  • Process membership cancellations in accordance with company policies.
  • Register HVAC equipment with manufacturers.
  • Enter equipment information into ServiceTitan.
  • Enter warranty membership information into ServiceTitan.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Assist with additional administrative and departmental duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
