Role: Compensation Analyst

Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 4 days/week)

Duration: 12+ month

Job Description:

The Analyst-Compensation will support the day-to-day administration and analysis of employee compensation programs, including base pay and incentive compensation. The role involves performing compensation analyses and working with Human Resources and business partners to provide accurate information and responsive support.

Responsibilities:

• Administer recurring compensation processes and support program activities

• Review and process compensation transactions for accuracy and completeness

• Assist with internal and external compensation studies and summarize results

• Respond to routine compensation data requests from various departments

• Provide analytical support on position changes and compensation questions

• Analyze new and revised positions and prepare compensation recommendations

• Update and maintain compensation data in HR information systems

• Apply working knowledge of compensation practices and compliance requirements

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation administration

• Knowledge of base salary administration and market surveys

• Proficiency in job pricing techniques and job evaluation

• Experience with variable pay design and administration

• Understanding of regulatory compliance in compensation
