ResponsibilitiesThe Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic compensation partner across multiple business functions through the development and delivery of market-based analysis, management and execution of various compensation programs and processes, and offering actionable data driven guidance to leaders and HR Business Partners to support business decisions. This role also ensures compensation programs are competitive, equitable, compliant, and aligned with business strategy.
