Job description

Negotiate on companys behalf in New Logo opportunities, including where the client is utilizing a third party advisor.
2. Provide continual feedback, based on deals and market knowledge, to assist in keeping the commercial guardrails and methodologies up to date
3. Provides Commercial input to responses to RFPs and contract renewals to mitigate risks through the solution design and contract language
Qualifications:
1. 10+ years of professional experience in commercial and/or contract management
2. 5+ years of leading pre-sales/new logo contract negotiations for complex deals
3. Multiple examples of leading negotiations in which a third party advisor is involved
4. Strong negotiation skills in enterprise IT environments and outsourced managed services (i.e. infrastructure, Applications (ADM), Security, etc.)
5. Strong technical and pre-sales knowledge in multiple areas of IT Infrastructure Services
6. Minimum of a Bachelor Degree in Business, Economics, English or equivalent experience. Master in Business Administration, Juris Doctor or Master of Laws preferred or equivalent experience.
7. Strong understanding of legal terminology as used in outsourcing contracts
8. Strong understanding of commercial terminology (including SLAs, ARC/RRCs, Termination)
9. Advanced negotiating skill
Salary Range: $170,000-$220,000 a year
