United Talent is looking to urgently fill a Sales Representative-Business to Business (B2B) role in the Atlanta, GA area (to include East and South Atlanta)
 
 

Do you enjoy meeting new people, knocking on doors, and turning conversations into long-term business relationships?
We're looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative whose primary responsibility is generating new business. This is a true hunter sales role—not an office position.
Your day will be spent visiting businesses throughout the Atlanta area, introducing our staffing services, building relationships with decision-makers, and creating new opportunities.
If you're someone who enjoys being out in the field more than sitting behind a desk, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do
  • Prospect new businesses throughout your assigned territory
  • Visit businesses daily through cold calling and door-to-door sales
  • Introducing staffing solutions to hiring managers and business owners
  • Build relationships with decision-makers
  • Schedule meetings and presentations
  • Generate new client partnerships
  • Follow up on leads and referrals
  • Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline in CRM
  • Work closely with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional service once accounts are established
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales goals
