We are excited to recruit for this pivotal Director of Partnerships role to ensure the continuous identification, negotiation, enablement, and growth of strategic partner networks within the Harri ecosystem. You will serve as the primary business representative for potential partners and a trusted subject matter expert, playing a key role in bringing strategic projects to market and driving overall revenue and channel growth.


What You'll Be Doing

As the Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for strategic partnership development, including identification, negotiation, and enablement of new partners as well as overall portfolio management.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a key member of the strategy and business development team to define and deliver on new strategic growth potential.
  • Proactively seeking out new revenue/partnership opportunities and evaluating prospects through market research, sales collaboration, and industry assessments.
  • Leading commercial negotiations and contract execution on all terms and agreements, including security reviews and integration requirements.
  • Creating partner-level go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with strategy, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Managing the ongoing partnership portfolio, assessing performance through data analytics, and delivering partner scorecards.
  • Acting as the primary business representative at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact between executive stakeholders and partners from project inception through completion.

More About You: What Can You Bring?

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the Restaurant and HR Technology ecosystem with a proven track record of exceeding target goals and scaling partner programs. You will be passionate about delivering successful outcomes and possess:

  • 3-5+ years in a partnership program management capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or commensurate experience.
  • History of exceeding targets and driving channel business results.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies and best practices for team enablement.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to bridge executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
  • Experience or background in HCM and/or the Hospitality/Service Industry is preferred.
  • An ambitious and self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manages prospect pipelines.

When and Where You'll Be Doing It

This is a full-time position.
Location: New York; Hybrid.
Travel will be required on an as-needed basis.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $170,000 (USD), depending on experience.

This role reports directly to the CFO.
