Job description

Join Our Team as a Rent Collection Specialist!
As a Rent Collection Specialist, you'll handle rent collections, security deposit refunds, and assist with apartment rentals and lease renewals. You'll also work directly with residents to resolve overdue payments and maintain organized records at our community. .
Compensation and Incentive:
  • Excellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $25.00/hour
  • $1500 Sign-on Bonus

  • 20% Rent Discount

  • $100 New Lease Commissions

  • Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

  • $300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

  • Employee Referral Program (Earn up to $750 per referral)
