This position is responsible for supervising and overseeing testing and inspecting fire alarm systems in specified buildings. Responsible for execution of fire alarm contract scope, customer satisfaction, renewal of existing contracts and growing new contract opportunities. Supervises and directs the work of Test & Inspect Helpers and/or Leads. Identifies and reports problems or discrepancies. Ensures customer satisfaction for all inspections. Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

Solid supervisory skills.

Solid knowledge of local and national codes.

Exceptional customer focus and ability to work under pressure; ability to maintain awareness of, and seek to meet the needs and wants of the customer without being prompted.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and design drawings.

Strong math skills.
