What we are seeking:
  • Experienced billing or call center representatives to represent our hospital clients' billing office.
  • Candidates looking for full time employment who can reliability and consistently work Monday through Friday 8:00MST - 5:00MST schedule.

What to expect:
  • Consistent Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 schedule. (no weekends, evenings, or overtime)
    Compensation:
    This position offers a base salary ranging from $37,440 to $41,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
    In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for monthly performance-based bonuses, averaging $100-$400+ per month ($1,200-$4,800+ annually).
    The base salary range reflects the anticipated low and high end of compensation for this position at Revenue Enterprises. Actual compensation may vary and may fall above or below the stated range based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skill set, and geographic location.
    Base salary is one component of Revenue Enterprises' total compensation package. Additional compensation may include eligibility for performance-based incentives, where applicable.
    Revenue Enterprises also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which may include medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k) with employer match, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).

What the day to day looks like:
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00 schedule. 15-minute a.m. break, 30-minute lunch break, and 15-minute p.m. break in schedule.
  • Using the company provided computer, log into our internal software program, the client system(s) and other tools such as Microsoft Teams, reference materials, etc. to effectively make and take inbound and outbound calls from the comfort of your own home or our Aurora Office.
  • Fast pace, high call volume position ranging from 60-100 calls a day on average.
  • Virtually working with your teammates, supporting and helping fellow reps.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and collaborate with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans and taking payments by phone.
  • Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document all calls and follow ups in our software systems throughout each day.
  • Continuously improving, with supportive coaching / feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training.

  • Must be a Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Texas, Oklahoma, or Kansas resident. REL currently cannot hire candidates who reside outside of these states regardless of remote opportunities.
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Network speeds with a minimum of 50 mbps download and 15 upload (you can use www.speedtest.net to test this out)
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Demonstrated history of good retention
  • Healthcare billing experience preferred
  • Prior work from home experience preferred
  • Basic technical savviness skills with the ability to learn multiple Electronic Medical Records, software programs, payment portals, and call programs in a fast-paced environment.
