Join Southern Colorado's premier imaging team, Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging LLC! With 6 locations along the front range and over 40 years of A+ ratings from the BBB, Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging LLC has a long tradition of delivering state-of-the-art imaging to our community.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, career-oriented applicants to join our team.
Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC currently has a full time Coder I position available (40 hours per week, Monday - Friday).
If you are committed to providing exceptional coding services with compassion and kindness, we are looking for you.
As a PENRAD Imaging Coder I, you will utilize your expertise to:
  • Code and bill professional, technical, and global charges received from the hospital, PENRAD, or other Outside Services to include CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, insurance, authorizations, admission dates, or any other necessary information.
  • Review coding-related denials and make edits as appropriate.
  • Follow up on CSR and PENRAD addendum requests.
  • Update patient demographic information when a discrepancy in the account exists.
  • Pull reports to support coding.

Qualified applicants will require:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One to three years in the insurance billing industry.
  • Medical coding certification, CPC or RCC preferred. Lower level of certification with coding experience may be considered.
