Account Manager - Client Success
Houston, TX | Full-Time | Hybrid In-Office and Field
Build lasting client relationships as an Account Manager with City Wide of Greater Houston.
We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to join our Houston team and serve as the trusted partner for our clients. In this role, your priority is ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent communication, problem-solving, and service delivery. You'll be the connection between our clients and internal teams, making sure every account receives the attention and support it deserves.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships that encourage trust and client retention.
  • Address client needs promptly and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to improve service.
  • Support contract renewals and account growth through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer service.
  • Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Ability to present and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization.
  • Willingness to drive to meet with clients onsite 50+% of the day.
  • Business to Business upselling services to established clients.
