IDR is seeking a Client Services Representative to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves providing support for high-value customers and third-party partners within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Overview for the Client Services Representative:

  • Support and manage communications with valued customers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Handle routine customer requests, onboarding, and account research following established processes.
  • Utilize various systems to research customer accounts and assist with service modifications.
  • Build strong relationships by delivering timely, professional resolution and communication.
  • Provide feedback to improve departmental procedures and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements for the Client Services Representative:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and good judgment to independently resolve issues.
  • Proficiency with PC applications, especially intermediate Excel skills for creating and analyzing spreadsheets.
  • Thorough knowledge of deregulated market rules and business processes supporting customer accounts.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
