Client Support Specialist Job Summary

The Client Support Specialist is responsible for providing first-class customer service to our clients via phone, email and other channels. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues while delivering excellent service in a timely manner. The ideal candidate has strong problem-solving and communication skills to ensure our clients' needs are met.

Client Support Specialist Duties and Responsibilities
