Job description

Client Support Specialist

Location: Newburgh, Indiana
Schedule: Full-Time, In Office Only

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, professional, and people-focused Client Support Specialist to join our team in Newburgh, Indiana.

This is an in-office client support role for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, solving problems, and communicating clearly. You do not need a background in digital marketing or software. We will train you on our services, systems, and client processes.

What we do need is someone who has real-world experience working with customers, clients, patients, members, or accounts in a professional setting. This could come from customer service, office administration, call center work, banking, insurance, medical office support, dispatch, sales support, hospitality management, or another role where communication and follow-through mattered.

You will be one of the first people our clients speak with when they call or email us. Your job is to listen, understand what they need, help answer questions, route issues to the right team, and make sure clients feel supported.

This is a great fit for someone who is calm under pressure, enjoys talking to people, can stay organized in a fast-paced office, and wants to grow with a company.

What You Will Do

Client Support

Answer incoming client calls and emails in a professional and friendly way.

Listen carefully to understand what the client needs and determine the next best step.

Help clients with basic questions, updates, requests, and service-related concerns.

Route more detailed requests to the correct internal team, including support, onboarding, design, SEO, paid ads, or account management.

Document client conversations clearly so the team has the full context.

Follow up with clients when needed to make sure nothing gets missed.

Client Retention Support

Help handle clients who are frustrated, confused, or considering canceling services.

Ask good questions to understand what is really driving the concern.

Review client history, notes, agreements, timelines, and service details before responding.

Work with the internal team to find solutions that may help keep the client relationship on track.

Communicate calmly and professionally, even when conversations are difficult.

Identify common client concerns and share feedback with leadership.

Communication and Organization

Keep client information, notes, and updates organized inside our systems.

Make sure requests are not dropped between departments.

Communicate clearly with internal team members about client needs and priorities.

Help create a better experience for clients by being consistent, dependable, and detail-oriented.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with professional experience working directly with customers or clients.

The ideal candidate has:

Previous customer service, client support, office admin, call center, banking, insurance, medical office, sales support, dispatch, or similar experience.

Strong phone and email communication skills.

The ability to stay calm and professional with frustrated clients.

Good attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfort using computers, email, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or other office tools.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.

The ability to work full-time in our Newburgh office.

What You Do Not Need

You do not need digital marketing experience.

You do not need software experience.

You do not need to know SEO, Google Ads, websites, or listings before starting.

We will train the right person on our services and how to support our clients.

This Role Is Not a Fit If

You are looking for remote work.

You do not enjoy talking to clients on the phone.

You have little to no professional customer-facing experience.

You struggle with organization, follow-up, or detailed notes.

You are uncomfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

Why Join Us

You will be joining a growing company where your work directly impacts client satisfaction and retention. This role gives you the opportunity to build strong client relationships, learn the digital marketing and software industry, and grow into a larger client success or account support role over time.

If you are dependable, professional, organized, and enjoy helping people, we would love to hear from you.
