Cascade High School is seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly organized individual to join our CHS Family as the Guidance Office Secretary/Registrar. This vital role serves as the central hub of our guidance department, managing student records, data entry, and providing exceptional administrative support to our students, staff, and community partners.
Employment Details
  • Hourly Rate: $17.30 per hour
  • Schedule: 7.5 hours per day (excluding a 30-minute unpaid lunch), 5 days per week
  • Work Year: 208 days per year
  • Start Date: July 2026
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who is eager to support our mission of academic excellence and community.
Required Skills & Education:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient knowledge of database programs and general computer system operations. Experience with PowerSchool is highly preferred.
