Vanco International is currently seeking an entry level, ambitious, and self-motivated Client Services Representative. Vanco is a distributor of low voltage electronics and accessories located in Batavia, IL. As a CSR, you would be responsible for providing enthusiastic assistance to vendors and end users as well as managing your own accounts and their orders.
JOB TYPE: Contract role for 520 hours, close to 3 month and the probability to getting converted into a perm/full time role.
ANTICIPATED START DATE: ASAP
HOURS:
Monday Friday, 8 am 5 pm and start at 7 AM on Fridays
EXPERIENCE:
Entry Level
Prior customer service experience preferred. (0-5 years)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer phone calls and emails with enthusiasm while maintaining high level of output with other responsibilities
Assist customers with account questions or processes
Process incoming orders daily
Create return advices for all returned items, price discrepancies, and defective items
Assist with daily administrative duties
Ability to research and resolve issues in a timely manner while prioritizing other duties
Participates in the ongoing goal of process improvement
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication, including proper grammar and punctuation
Listen attentively to customers, identify needs/problems, and provide assistance
Proficient in Microsoft applications, particularly MS Excel
Multitask while maintaining a high level of efficiency
Ability to navigate data entry system and other relevant applications
Ability to work with colleagues to achieve team goals
Creative problem solving
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree from a 4-year college preferred. Associates, high school diploma, or GED accepted.
