Client Service Representative (CSR) - Veterinary Clinic

We are a fast-paced, 4 doctor veterinary clinic looking for a friendly, organized, and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team! If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love helping people and their pets, and enjoy being the heart of a team, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage a high-volume phone line (appointments, questions, triage support)
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate clearly with doctors and medical staff
  • Help keep the front desk running smoothly-even on our busiest days

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Positive, team-first attitude
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous veterinary or medical front desk experience is a plus, but not required
