Job description

GL Staffing is seeking a proactive Client Services Representative to manage customer interactions and support both B2B and B2C clients. The Client Services Representative's responsibilities include monitoring orders, processing payments, maintaining inventory, and managing client relations through our CRM system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, bilingual, and able to provide excellent customer service while supporting operational processes.


Location: Doral, FL

Pay Rate: $23/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with occasional extended hours until 8:00 PM to assist West Coast clients)

Key Responsibilities:

  • The Client Services Representative will handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support to B2B and B2C clients.
  • Monitor and manage orders from initiation to fulfillment.
  • The Client Services Representative will process payments accurately and maintain financial records.
  • Maintain client information and communications in CRM systems.
  • The Client Services Representative will assist clients during extended hours when needed to accommodate West Coast schedules.

Requirements:
