CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Atlanta, GA

THE RUNDOWN

Playfly Sports is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our team in Atlanta. The Client Service Representative (CSR) will be responsible for supporting our Atlanta-based Account Executives and helping them drive linear revenue from advertising partners across the Southeast. The CSR will develop a strong understanding of our linear business by serving as a primary point of contact for Sales Leadership, their AEs, their Client Service Coordinator (CSC), and other internal and external stakeholders. These include, but are not limited to: Pricing & Planning, Insights, Marketing, media agencies, brand clients, and station partners.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

Workflow Ownership: You will serve as the "Quarterback" of each AE's desk. Helping them define priorities, collaborate with your CSC, anticipate challenges, and effectively communicate with our agency partners, station partners, and internal support teams.

Planning & Proposal Development: You will apply your knowledge of our offering and capabilities along with your understanding of our client's needs to build media plans that help them achieve their goals and drive revenue for Playfly and our station partners.

Campaign Stewardship: You will own pacing strategy and partner with the CSC to monitor campaign delivery, request ADU and makegoods (when necessary), keep our agency partners in the loop, and contribute to campaign recap decks.

Activation & Execution: You will coordinate the successful execution of added value marketing elements, brand integrations, and other campaign deliverables with our internal activation team, agency partners, and station partners.

Relationship Management: You will build strong relationships with and earn the trust of Sales leadership, your AEs, your CSC, and our internal support teams, as well as our external agency and station partners. Additionally, you will help mentor the CSC and aid in their continued development.

Sales Enablement & Growth: You will help the AEs identify upsell or new opportunities for their clients, support their outreach efforts through proactive prospecting, and participate in client presentations, where appropriate.

Other job-related duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.

1-3 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.

Some experience working in the media industry, at an advertising agency, or in Sports is required.

Some working experience in CRM systems is preferred.

Interest and general understanding of the Sports industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required. With an emphasis on Excel.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships is required.

Outstanding organizational skills and a proven ability to work both as a member of a team and individually.

The ability to multitask and work effectively on multiple projects with competing deadlines.
