A project of the PWA Coalition of Dallas, Inc.

Client Services Assistant

TheClient Services Assistant will play a key part in executing ASD's mission: strengthening communities throughaffordable, service-enriched housingfor individuals and families impacted by HIV/AIDS.

This position reports directly to the Property Manager.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Answer all incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate destination.
  2. Record messages for employees who are absent or otherwise unavailable.
  3. Maintain a current roster of employees and residents.
  4. Enter work order requests from all departments and residents.
  5. Maintain the front desk/receptionist area in a clean and organized manner.
  6. Greet all visitors upon entry to the agency and direct them to staff and residents appropriately.
  7. Maintain a log of all delivered packages.
  8. Maintain a log of all closed client files.
  9. Prep and scan files to archive.
  10. Maintain log for Incident and Observation Reports.
  11. Maintain food and transportation records.
  12. Assist the Property Manager and other departments as needed.
  13. Must adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations.
  14. Must work physically on site and be able to lift 35lbs, bend, stoop, push, pull and sit for long periods of time.
  15. Uphold ASD's Core Values Respect, Justice, Mercy, Integrity, Driven, Empathy.
  16. Other duties as assigned.

III. Qualifications

A high school graduate or equivalent with office skills is preferred. The incumbent should possess a courteous and professional demeanor. It is essential that the associate maintain sensitivity to culturally, racially and sexually diverse clients, staff and volunteer populations. The incumbent of this position will participate in all agency-sponsored training and development, as directed.
