Job description

About the role
  • Mail Runs:
    • Happens 4 times a day: 10 am(ANC), Noon (one to ANC one to Main Campus), 2 pm (ANC and New brighton post office)
    • Pick up interoffice and incoming mail from the Bethel Post Office and deliver it to department mail stops
    • Retrieve mail from department mail stops and return it to the Bethel Post Office
    • Once a Day drop off outgoing USPS mail at the New Brighton Post Office Annex
  • Package service center attendant:
    • Check incoming packages into the campus computer system, properly organize student and staff packages for pick up or delivery. Verify Identities and distribute packages for pickup
    • Provide basic customer service for common issues
