Seeking a Public Works Supervisor

The Borough of Littlestown invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Public Works Supervisor. This is a full-time, salaried position offering a competitive benefits package. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in construction and municipal public works, proven supervisory skills, and the ability to manage teams and contractors to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget. Candidates must be able to read and interpret bid documents and blueprints and demonstrate practical knowledge of equipment, materials, and site safety practices.

Key responsibilities will include daily oversight of public works crews, scheduling and supervising maintenance and construction projects, coordinating with borough officials and contractors, ensuring compliance with local and state regulations, and preparing or reviewing project paperwork and bids. Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot field issues, and maintain accurate records are essential.
